Rearrange pages

Organize PDF Pages

Delete, reorder, rotate, or pull out specific pages, working from thumbnails of your PDF in the browser.

  • See every page
  • Keyboard and touch friendly
  • No upload or account

Your file never leaves this device — everything happens locally in your browser.

How it works

Organizing pages, step by step

  1. Choose a PDF

Every page appears as a thumbnail.

  2. Rearrange, rotate, or delete

Drag pages or use their move buttons, rotate them, or select pages and delete them.

  3. Export or extract

Export PDF saves the whole reorganized document. Extract selected saves only the pages you picked, as a new PDF.

What you can do

Four things, one workspace

  • Reorder

Drag and drop, or use each page's move buttons from the keyboard or on a touchscreen.

  • Rotate

The rotation is written into the PDF itself, so it shows the same way in any PDF viewer.

  • Delete

Select several pages and remove them at once. At least one page has to stay.

  • Extract

Save just the selected pages as a new PDF and leave the original untouched.

Splitting into several files by page range is quicker with Split PDF. To add pages from another document, use Merge PDF first.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

See all frequently asked questions
Can I delete more than one page at a time?

Yes — select as many pages as you like, then delete them all at once. You can't delete every remaining page, since a PDF has to contain at least one.

Do I have to drag pages to reorder them?

No — drag-and-drop works, but every page also has left/right move buttons, so reordering is fully usable with a keyboard or on a touch device.

Does rotating a page change the actual file, or just how it looks here?

It changes the real page rotation in the exported PDF — the same rotation any standard PDF viewer will show. The thumbnail here reflects exactly what gets exported.

What's the difference between "Export PDF" and "Extract selected"?

Export PDF downloads everything currently in the workspace — with your deletions, reordering, and rotations applied. Extract selected downloads only the pages you've selected, as a brand-new PDF, leaving the rest out entirely.

Is my PDF uploaded while I edit it?

No. Thumbnails render and every change processes entirely in your browser — your file is never sent to a server.
